This track starts in OCS. After entering the OCSIA course, your duty is to serve as an instructor and train future officers with discipline and professional standards.
Join OCSEnter the OCSIA Course
OCSIA is the Academy Instructor Course. Your task is to learn the required knowledge, complete each stage under supervision, and become a Junior Instructor. After successfully finishing all phases, you can earn the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Earn Staff Sergeant
To earn Staff Sergeant, you only need to complete your OCSIA Phase and finish all supervision requirements.
Join OCS and Start the OCSIA Instructor Track
In this path, you join OCS, complete the OCSIA course, and take responsibility for training future officers while working toward Staff Sergeant.
